We are seeking to appoint an Associate Assistant Headteacher: Behaviour & Culture who will support the further development and implementation of our behaviour policy in alignment with the school's mission and values, ensuring they foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Beckfoot Trust wishes to appoint an Associate Assistant Headteacher: Behaviour & Culture for our Beckfoot Thornton School who will collaborate with colleagues at other schools within the Trust. We are seeking an individual who has the experience, motivation, enthusiasm and skill set to work with the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders to help lead the future vision and development of the schools and the Trust. We are looking for a highly ambitious candidate who can provide excellence in all aspects of Teaching and Associate Leadership. The Associate Assistant Headteacher: Behaviour & Culture position is a varied role which includes many aspects which are detailed in the job description.
