Chellow Heights Special School would like to appoint a HR Manager to join our expanding team to work alongside our admin team based across both sites. Supporting the Business Manager, the HR Manager will have experience and knowledge to advise managers and leaders regarding a range of HR matters including absence, payroll, contracts and health and wellbeing of staff.
The role will be varied and interesting and will be supported by a Senior Leadership team that will support and coach you through the challenges that HR brings. We are looking for someone with experience in a generalist HR role working with schools, with a good understanding of teacher and support terms and conditions and case work.
This position is most suited to someone who truly wants to make a difference to the lives of the young people. The right candidate will be a strong team player, proactive and innovative, with a desire to challenge the norm. Previous experience of managing HR casework is essential, as is a desire to provide the best possible HR support and advice to our schools.
