We seek to appoint for September 2023, an ambitious Headteacher with a proven track record of excellent leadership and management.

All Saints is a wonderfully diverse and vibrant school, providing high quality education from nursery to Year 6; nearly 40 languages are spoken in our pupils’ homes, and the school is very popular in the local area, with most year-groups full and often over-subscribed. However, due to falling birth rates across Bradford, like many schools, All Saints is currently consulting on the possibility of reducing its PAN from 90 to 60 from the September 2024 reception intake. The high number of staff (around 27 teaching staff and 100 associate staff) reflects the larger than average size of the school.

The successful applicant will:

• Use the school’s Christian vision and values to design and implement robust strategies to successfully develop and further improve our multi-faith school community
• Embrace the challenges of working with a school that serves a very diverse population with a significant proportion of deprivation
• Inspire, lead and support a highly committed team of teaching and associate staff
• Build positive relationships with the school’s pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community
• Work positively and collaboratively with senior leaders across our Trust, including the Chief Executive Officer
• Make the most of the high-quality professional development available through our Trust
• Engage all our students in a broad, balanced, creative and challenging curriculum so that they are happy and achieve their potential within a caring and inclusive community
