We are delighted to be offering an exciting opportunity for a highly committed and passionate leader to join our Multi-Academy Trust.

Bronte Academy Trust (BAT) is a successful family of four primary schools located in villages within beautiful moorland Yorkshire countryside. Each school has its own identity reflecting the local community while sharing the common vision of ‘Achieving Together for Every Child’.

The Board of Trustees are looking to appoint a creative, inspirational and talented leader to grow and further develop our well established Trust. Working alongside a knowledgeable and committed Trust Board, skilled leadership teams and dedicated staff, the appointee will drive our strategy and develop ways of working which ensure all our children have the opportunities to give them the skills, confidence and aspirations to grow and flourish.

We welcome applications from candidates with high levels of personal integrity and exceptional interpersonal skills. Our new leader should have a successful record within education and be able to demonstrate their impact on the development and growth of their Trust or school(s).
