Site Supervisor

Grade: Level 2 (SCP 5-6) Salary: £19650 - £20043 pro rata + additional lettings allowance

The hours for this post can range from 25 to 37 hours per week, all year round. These will be negotiated to best suit the needs of both the school and the individual.

The Academy Council of St Walburga’s are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our happy school. They will have high expectations of themselves and work well within a team reflecting the high standards expected in school.

Vacancy Information

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience, preferably in a school setting, in maintenance, security and facilities management.
  • Have a good working knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical and repair procedures.
  • Have working knowledge of Health and Safety policy and procedures and hygiene precautions and regulations.
  • Be able to line manage premises staff.
  • Be required to be a key holder and manage out of hours school lettings.
  • Display excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be well organised, able to plan their workload, use their initiative and prioritise
