Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Salary: Scale 4 (SCP 7 - 11). Actual salary £14,026 - £15,182
30 hours per week
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our successful Church of England School. You will initially be based in our Year 2 classes and will ideally have previous experience of covering in KS1 year groups and/or have HLTA status.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is able to work unsupervised / work as a team as directed by the Head of School, Assistant Head or Class Teachers supporting and delivering learning to classes, groups and individuals.
- Is proficient in the use of ICT in the classroom, including the use of interactive smartboards.
- Can provide short-term cover for the class teacher (for PPA, training release etc.)
- Is able to maintain high standards of behaviour, ensuring continuity in the class teacher’s absence and acting in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy.
