Bankfoot Primary School sits in the heart of a supportive and ambitious community. We have a dedicated and committed staff who worked together to Bankfoot was judged outstanding in April 2016. We have not stood still. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

- Be passionate about giving young children the very best start in life
- Have a calm, confident, respectful and professional manner
- Be an excellent communicator with a commitment to working closely with parents and outside agencies
- Be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Consistently promote the school's vision, ethos and high expectations
- Have high expectations of both adults’ and children’s achievement and behaviour
- Have a record of good and outstanding teaching
- Be familiar with the new Statutory framework for early years foundation stage.
