The Academy Council of St Walburga’s are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic SENCo with teaching responsibilities to join our highly effective team from September 2022.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is practising Catholic or is committed to our Catholic vision and ethos
  • has enthusiasm, energy, and a love of working within all Key Stages
  • has an interest in the provision of special educational needs
  • has high expectations of children’s attainment, achievement and behaviour
  • will lead on SEND and work with initiative
  • can work effectively as part of a team
  • has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
