Vacancy Information

We are a values driven organisation on a mission to improve the life chances of children and young people and improve social mobility for the disadvantaged. We are immensely proud of the staff and students in all of our academies and the fantastic work they do every day. Our shared values and core principles ensure that we are all working together to give our students the education they deserve and are adding value to the communities in which we live and work.

The role is based at Warley Road Academy which is a good school and continues to develop its provision to enhance its inclusivity to all children in the community.  We seek to attract an ambitious practitioner who is confident in their abilities and who seeks to join an organisation with opportunities for development. The role will involve working across schools within the Trust and you will be committed to seeing children succeed to ensure the highest possible standards are achieved. We believe that children and families deserve outstanding quality, consistency and provision and the successful candidate will share our ethos and have the energy to drive improvements across schools within the Trust.

As an exceptional practitioner and communicator, the successful candidate will:

  • Have recent and relevant experience within the field of inclusion
  • Have excellent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude and enjoy working within a team

Most importantly you will be someone who can support our vision and ethos.

“Where hearts and mind connect’

A key part of the role will be to support school improvement priorities, working with stakeholders including the local governing body and central team staff to drive improvements. As such, the successful candidate, will be able to build relationships quickly.

The successful candidate will report to the Head and Executive headteacher. We encourage prospective candidates to contact Andy Meehan or Rhia Lansbury-Palmer to schedule a meeting to discuss any of the roles.

Visits to the academy are encouraged.
