Woodroyd Nursery and Children’s Centre is an independent nursery and are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Manager. To lead the team of an Ofsted judged “OUTSTANDING” Early Years provision which also supports families in the West Bowling and surrounding areas of Bradford.

The successful candidate will lead, manage and support the development of the setting including reviewing and evaluating the quality of the practice to ensure high quality standards of care and education. You will be required to have exceptional safeguarding knowledge to care for the children within the nursery.

We are looking for someone with experience in leading or supporting Ofsted inspections and has a good understanding of Ofsted requirements. Also has a wide knowledge of the EYFS and is competent in supporting staff to meet the requirements.

The successful candidate must have exceptional communications skills and have previous experience of liaising with outside agencies such as Children’s Social Care, Health Visitors and Early Help.
