SENCO - Qualified Teacher (MPS/UPS + 2SEN + TLR)

We are seeking to appoint a Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCO) who not only understands pedagogy but one who is also sympathetic and sensitive to the very difficulties our learners face in their lives and help them overcome those barriers to succeed.

We are seeking to recruit highly committed individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude, vision, ambition and with experience of belonging to a multi-agency community. All post applicants will need to be knowledgeable about safegurading and who can demonstrate aunderstanding of the SEND process.

• lead by example and make a difference to learners school experience
• assist teachers to implement and review interventions
• support staff with differentiation 
• have excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative
• keep staff informed about policies/developments/procedures
• believe every learner has the potential to be great and committed to making this happen.
