Assistant Catering Manager

Fixed Term to 22nd July 2022

Band 5 (NJC 5-6) – 20 hours per week TTO plus 8 days

Hours are 9.00am – 1.00pm

In order to be short listed you must demonstrate on your application form that you meet all the essential criteria as stated on the person specification.

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience of working in a catering department
• Experience in stock control, ordering and meal costings
• Have relevant knowledge and qualifications in food preparation and hygiene
• A good command of the English language both written and verbal
• A calm, positive and confident manner
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Be flexible and use their own initiative when required and willing to undertake all required professional development opportunities
