32.50 hours per week, Permanent
Term time only + 5 days
Level 2, Band 5, SCP 5/6 depending on experience
Canterbury Nursery School is an outstanding inclusive school based in the heart of the Canterbury estate in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We have an integrated specialist provision for children with SEND. We welcome all children sensitively and positively. Each child is important to us and our dedicated team of staff work hard to provide the highest quality education for alongside high quality support for parents so that every child can make accelerated progress in all areas of their learning.
We are looking to appoint two permanent Early Years Support Workers who will enjoy the challenge of working with some of the most disadvantaged families in Bradford.

We are looking to appoint two permanent Early Years Support Workers who will enjoy the challenge of working with some of the most disadvantaged families in Bradford.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of early child development and the early years framework.
- Promote inclusion and provide equal opportunities for all.
- Work well as part of a team and under their own initiative.
- Be a positive presence and a strong role model for all pupils
- Demonstrate high quality interactions with children which promote progress in learning and development
- Have a good sense of humour and be personally resilient
