Baby Room Leader
Permanent - Full Time
£10.00 per hour
The successful candidate will lead a small staff team caring for babies 0-2 years.

The main responsibilities include:
- caring for our babies, being attentive to their individual needs and requirements
- providing a warm and welcoming environment
- creating activities based on the interests and needs of the children to promote development
- building positive relationships with parents and engaging them in their child's learning
- leading a small team of staff
Experience working with babies essential.
Leadership experience preferred but not essential.
Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude essential.
Good knowledge of the EYFS required
Experience observing children and planning activities required.
