The Governors, Staff and Parents of ‘The Lilycroft and St Edmund’s Nursery Schools’ Federation’ are seeking to appoint an Early Years Support Worker to join the teams in our exceptional, ‘outstanding’ schools. 

Early Years Support Worker
Band 4/5 - SCP 3-6 dependent upon experience

All Year Round

Compressed Hours 7.45am – 5.45pm 4 days a week

The successful candidate will:

  • Be enthusiastic, creative and committed to giving our young children the very best start in life
  • Have experience of working with children 0-5 in an early years setting or school
  • Have a calm, confident and patient manner.
  • Be a good communicator with the ability to work closely with parents and outside agencies
  • Be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Promote the school's vision, ethos and high expectations
  • Have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour
