Teaching Assistants at Nurture Academies Trust
BAND 4 or 5, (30+ hours per week, TTO + 3 days for PW only)
Permanent and fixed term positions available.

Nurture Academies Trust require a number of teaching assistants to be based at Lapage Primary School in Bradford or at Parkwood Primary School in Keighley.  Both schools were recently judged as Good in their OFSTED inspections.

Vacancy Information

Due to the recent opening of Parkwood’s Resource Provision and the need for additional catch up work with pupils we have a number of vacancies.  Some of the posts are ideal for candidates with EYFS experience, other posts will involve working with small groups of children on catch up maths and English work.  Skills in supporting pupils with SEN will be an advantage for posts at both schools and at Parkwood the ability to support ASD pupils in class and within the Resource Provision will be especially useful.

The Executive Headteacher and Heads of School wish to invite applications from highly motivated and organised individuals.  We are looking to appoint staff who are interested in making a difference to children’s lives by being part of our dedicated and hardworking teams. 

Through our association with Bradford Birth to 19 Teaching School and SCITT, we have a proven track record in developing staff to further their careers.  Therefore we are especially interested in graduates who have aspirations to become teachers.   

The successful candidates will have high aspirations, a growth mindset and be committed to raising standards, as well as excellent English and Maths skills.
