Vacancy Information

The prime objective of this post is to remove barriers to learning by working as part of a team, developing good relationships with children, parents and partner agencies. The Learning Mentor will use the school’s restorative approach to support pupils with social emotional and mental health needs.  The role will involve working flexibly with individual pupils from EYFS to Year 6.   Working with pupils in the classroom, 1:1 mentoring and small group therapeutic and intervention work will all be part of the role.

The successful candidates will have high aspirations, a growth mindset and be committed to raising standards, as well as excellent English and Maths skills. We will be particularly interested in candidates who have attributes they can offer to further complement our existing staff skill set.
