We are currently seeking a highly motivated Vocational Tutor / Curriculum Developer. This is a split role and we are looking for someone with a recognised teaching qualification (minimum PTTLS L3), solid experience of delivering Entry and Level 1 courses and of helping people into work. Experience of using blended learning and teaching techniques comprising a mix of online, workshop and portfolio based activity with assignments. You will be committed to delivering high quality teaching in a fast paced commercial environment with a targeted focus on building learners' skills, knowledge, behaviour and attitudes. We expect English and Maths to be embedded into all learner sessions.

The other part of the role is assisting with developing, refining and reviewing the quality of our teaching and learning, ensuring it is fit for purpose in meeting the needs of learners, challenging them to perform to the full extent of their potential. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will scrutinise work produced by learners to find areas for development within the curriculum and create or amend materials to enhance skills acquisition and learner progression.
