Woodside Academy is a two form entry primary school which is part of the Leading Learners Multi-Academy Trust. We provide a supportive and stimulating place to work and study, where every child can reach their full potential. We welcome all parents to take an active part in their child’s education. We are seeking to appoint a HLTA.

We need someone who is an:

  • Outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Enthusiastic and forward thinking
  • Well organised and creative
  • Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of staff to improve learning
  • Able to work in partnership with parents/carers and the wider community
  • Applicant willing to undertake HLTA training if currently an experienced cover supervisor

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A good sense of humour, enthusiasm and a positive, proactive attitude to their role
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to your own development
