The Priestley Academy Trust is a collaboration of five primary schools close to the city centre of Bradford, West Yorkshire.  We are a dedicated and hardworking Trust and we aim to be at the forefront of new initiatives to raise standards and broaden the range of experiences for our pupils.

Working as part of the central team, under the direction of the COO, the main functions of the Trust's Clerk & Projects Officer include, but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible for and to provide high quality support to all aspects of the Trust governance, act as Trust Administration Support and assist the Central Team on key projects as required
  • Act as an ambassador for the Trust, liaising regularly with a number of key stakeholders both internal and external and therefore discretion and diplomacy will be required.  This key role will require the post holder to possess effective organisational and management skills in order to provide high level, proactive support

You will be a clear thinker and a good communicator, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.  Confident working in varied environments with a range of staff at all levels is a prerequisite a well as being able to demonstrate strong skills and knowledge of academy governance.
