Salary: SO1 SCP 23-25 - £24,079.00 - £25,672.00 Per Annum
Hours: 37 per week - Term time only plus 5 days

Vacancy Information

To be a key point of contact for all matters relating to students within the assigned year group. To work as part of a team, including teachers and support staff, to develop and deliver strategies to improve student welfare and well-being.

To help students overcome barriers to learning through a range of targeted interventions focused on securing student social, emotional and physical wellbeing. To effectively respond to the welfare support of students through effective work with parents and carers and other relevant agencies.

We are looking for someone who likes young people and has the ability to motivate and inspire them to achieve their best. Someone who is self-reflective, seeks feedback on their performance and is committed to their own development.

The successful candidate will have an interest in a Curriculum for All, Inclusion and Vulnerable Learners. Being a team player is essential as is a willingness to undertake Child Protection training.
