Salary: Band 5 - SCP 4 – 6 - £18,933 - £19,698
Permanent - 37 hours per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Site Manager to join our committed and friendly team of staff.
Vacancy Information
The successful candidate will be able to show initiative and will be responsible for the cleanliness, safety and security of the building and grounds, heating, lighting, general maintenance around the school and ensuring Health & Safety compliance on site.
Previous experience of premises management in an educational environment, along with health and safety knowledge would be advantageous. The candidate will be expected to carry out all the responsibilities of a key holder, including locking up and emergency call outs.
The successful candidate will:
- Manage the site, buildings and its grounds ensuring that our school buildings and grounds are kept spotlessly clean
- Take responsibility for security and Health and Safety
- Have previous experience managing premises
- Have a good knowledge of health and safety procedures, including IOSH, and COSHH
- Undertake a range of minor repairs, maintenance and decorating
